i guess i'll make rothlesburgers for the pittsburg end of the table, but what do i make for the arizona side? fried bread? seriously, i have no idea what people eat in a canyon. probably be drinking iron city too.

I have to go over my party menu with my wife, we dont usually make regional cuisine, but with AZ, I love Southwest Cuisine

grilled sahlens hot dogs - with sauce (louie's style but homemade)
chicken, beef and shrimp tacos
plenty of people bringing side dishes which probably include the expected - pasta salads and so forth.

Arizona has great Mexican food. It's probably too cold to make margaritas, but if you make a nice sangria it would go good.

Arizona has FANTASTIC bbq too.
Liz and I ate at this place that's about 10 minutes from the stadium.

Gotta go with Mexican. I've lived here 20+ years and I can't think of anything else specific to the region.
