For me it is slower too. I do not know if it is because more people are home today or if a server farm went down, or a Central link thing went out.

I had the same experience. Neither my iPhone or home wireless worked today in Brooklyn. Only now that I am in upper east side can I get on. Wish I had heard today's show.

FBI seeks "Pumpkinhead Bandit" in five bank robberies

Friday January 16, 2009, 7:41 PMThe FBI is searching for a man with reddish-orange hair and a beard who they believe may be robbing banks during his lunch hour.

Dubbed the "Pumpkinhead Bandit," the suspect on Friday robbed a Key Bank branch at 805 NW Cornell Road in Washington County around 1:35 p.m. He walked in, demanded cash, and left on foot, the agency said. No one was injured.

The FBI believe he may be behind four other robberies last month -- Dec. 1 at a Key Bank in Beaverton; Dec. 8 at a US Bank in Beaverton, Dec. 15 at a US Bank in Gresham and Dec. 29 at a US Bank in Clackamas.
