JerseyRich's tuna salad...angry version included

I've been perfecting my tuna salad recipe over the past couple of years. Tweekin' some things here and there. I've come to a point where I do the same thing everytime, and people seem to really like it.
I make a version for my Tunamelt and a cold version as well.
The versions are as follows:
COLD
Makes one/two servings(Depending on how hungry you are.
One can of SOLID WHITE(Albacore) in water.<<< Very Important to the Recipe
One hard boiled Egg(White Only)(Sliced into small pieces)
2 tbsp of good Reduced Fat MAYO
1/2 small yellow or red onion or 1/4 of a medium(chopped)
1/2 a lime(Juiced)
Fresh Cracked Pepper(To taste)
COLD ANGRY VERSION:
Add Hot Sauce, Creamed Horseradish.

Serve on your favorite bread, crackers or pita.

TUNAMELT VERSION:
Remove Mayo from the recipe.
Shred some of your favorite cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozz, American)
Slice some fresh tomato.
Put the tuna salad on some good bread(I usually put it on some hearty grain bread or some Indian Naan Flatbread) and sprinkle the cheese over the tuna and tomato.

Tonight I made the Angry Tunamelt Version with Organic Monterey Jack Cheese. Carolina Road Kill Hot Sauce and the Creamed Horseradish. Over some Garlic Naan flatbread. Didn't have any tomatoes tonight. Put it in the Oven at 375 for about 10 mins...Pefection.

I never use albacore for any of my tuna dishes. It's too dry, in my opinion. Plus, albacore has a much higher risk of mercury than light does.
