NOTE: This thread is not about the piece of shit pizza chain.
In addition to Snoogan's comments that every man should know how to play chess which I agree with, every man and woman I think should know how to play dominoes or "bones" "boneyard" there's various names for it but most people I've played against call it dominoes. Doesn't really matter it's just a great fun game that is great for strategy and reading your opponents and predicting their moves. While it's less complex than chess or poker there is still a degree of competitive strategy involved that makes the game a lot of fun to play. If you're not familiar with the game you should be shot plain and simple. If you're not playing it you should! Like I said it's a simple game, but if you don't know it you can check out the rules here http://www.dominorules.com/Domino_Basics.aspx

I don't know how to play at all.
All I know to do with dominoes is set them up, and knock them all down.
And on occasion, I will grab one and slam it on the table and scream "DOMINO MOTHERFUCKER"!!!!!!
But I don't know what that means.

Absolutely, we definitely have to have you over sometime anyway.
They're nothing without Derek.
I've never played either.
If I see a tile I usually pick it up and sing Van Morrison to it, though.

I go over to my favorite Ybor City cigar bar and play Muggins with all of the old dudes who hang out there on my rare days of leisure.

I LOVE playing! I learned at A&M as every group played. The country boys played at the Dixie Chicken bar and the black guys taught me how to play in the commons of the dorms. We should have a tournament.

i grew up playing dominoes (with the pr rules). my grandfather used to play in tournaments and taught me. wheni would visit him in pr, he used to take me to the town square and he would play with the other old men. i would watch and learn all i could (my spanish wasnt that great). my step grandfather would have a game of dominoes happening outside his store every evening. they would drink beer and play all nite. when i was there i would watch and play too. my step grandfather just died a few weeks ago. at the funeral parlor, some of his friends bought a wreath shaped like a domino. after the service, they played dominoes all nite because its what he would have wanted.
my other grandfather died 16 years ago. we have a memorial table for him in the house. his domino trophies are there as well as a set of dominoes spread out as if there was a game happeneing.
yeah... dominoes have played a significant role in my life...
