So what are you making for the day of gluttony? I've had an 8 lb pork shoulder in the crock pot since 2 this morning with bbq sauce and spices. I can't wait to dig in.

Taking it to my friends where there will also be pizza, wings, shrimp, kielbasa, and a bunch of other good stuff.

I might have to wear sweatpants tonight.

Break up a rotissere chicken
1/4 cup hot sause
teaspoon black pepper
cup and three quarters sharp cheddar
couple bunches of scallions

form into balls
bread them with flour eggs bread crumbs

Then deep fry at 350

sauce
blue cheese half cup
little black pepper salt
teaspoon garlic
half of a lemon juiced
cup and a half of mayo
dash of worscheshire sauce
little hot sauce

i thought i started this thread like last week or something. but i changed my mind. no rothelsbergers and no arizona mexican, instead i am making wings. i am getting my drunk on now so i doubt this will be a big eating event. the kids are happy with chips n dip, soda and ice cream, so that is easy. wife will drink wine and eat cheese and crackers. we will see what others bring, but i am not over doing the food this year.
