There may be no noticeable symptoms of lead poisoning because the effects are subtle or may mimic other conditions. When lead poisoning levels are severe, some general symptoms can include digestive problems, fatigue, and headaches.
In adults, behavioral symptoms can include irritability, mood and personality changes, changes in sleep patterns, difficulty concentrating, and memory loss.
It also says balance it out by eating a bunch of super healthy shit.

Also read that any amount is dangerous, a certain amount is considered poisoning, and I don't think it's possible to measure it without seeing a doctor. Possibly you exposure to it kept you at a constant tipping point, and the food put you over?

Single instances of ingestion likely cannot hurt you unless you were literally eating lead solder.
Poisoning comes from repeated and prolonged exposures over months and years. Unless you stored your pop tarts in a lead bunker before hand, I think you are going to be fine.
Sure, there is the slightest chance that you may have ingested a minute amount that could be causing the feeling of sickness, but it should pass.

Maybe you should stop eating poptarts. Only the iron guts of 3-10 year old can properly digest that vile shit.

I would call the doctor, it sounds bad all around.
Sometimes you have to just tuff it out and the poptarts cold

I think you should be more worried about dealing with lead on a regular basis................................ I mean one poptart sounds like no big deal but the fact that you have an oven for melting lead sounds like you work with it...................

I don't think such a product exists, you must have dreamed it.
