Can't Sleep Thread

So here's a place we can all bitch about how we can't sleep.

Like me right now...its 2:20am East Coast time and I'm still wide awake and on West Coast time...its Awesome!

Anyone else having trouble sleeping?

i was hoping to have a reason to be up this late but that has gone... so now i am just drinking some wine and hoping sleep kicks in soon...... *sigh*

I took Tylenol PM briefly and on occasion over a year ago and stopped. I've never taken prescription sleeping pills and don't feel the need too. When things are good and I have a decent schedule I have no problems falling asleep. I feel pretty good regardless whether I get 4 hours or 8 hours, anymore and I feel tired.

My Landlord who barely speaks English poured me a glass of Grape Brandy that he told me to "save till the morning". Maybe I'll drink that to help me nap...thats healthy right?

Me too. I still don't sleep a lot.

The one thing that helped me sleep more is weed. I started smoking again, and I just daze off. It's really a beautiful thing. I slept ten hours the other day. I usually average 3 or 4 hours a day.
