I really like the lead up to WM25. Granted its not been building for a long time, but in keeping with recent tradition, it has been building steam since Royal Rumble.

Orton will get a Title Match
C.M Punk is in Money in the Bank, confirmed to have 8 Superstars
Micky Rourke will be in attendance, function not known.
HBK or Kozlov versus the Undertaker

A- As stated in the previous post, Trips has been very good at being a team players for years now. He has Jobbed and helped sell and bring up young guys.

Friday Night Smackdown on February 27 was an incredible show and set up some WM scenarios.

1. The Tag Team match between the Colons and MNM 2.0 was incredible. A quality match that would be a legitimate Mania match for the much needed Unification of the Tag Belts.

2. Kozlov reversing the "Old School" into a power slam for the win, was one of the most surprising wins and sets the legitimate stage for HBK, Kozlov and Undertaker at Mania in a Triple Threat.

3. Edge and Cena is all but set. The only variable is that Big Show gets sick of being the lapdog and somehow makes it into that title match at Mania.

4. Its building more and more that there will be a United States Championship match at WM. Obviously between MVP and Shelton Benjamin

Still no clear direction on the impending Diva Whore Off, but like mentioned earlier, since the end of Playboy, a match with Glamarella and probably Melina will be on the card.

According to the Backlash synopsis that was put out with the poster, there is a line saying "Is this the end of the Legacy?" If that's the case, I'm not sure if it means that Orton is going over and turning on them or they in fact cost him the title.

What I'd like to see happen is different than what I think will happen. In both instances I say Christian takes it, but I doubt that he'll use it against Edge. What I would love to see happen is for Christian to use it that very night against Edge if he were to retain.

FINALLY! Since there are barely any tag teams in the WWE as it is, making a unified Tag Team Championship is the right direction. Morrison and The Miz deserve it because no matter what show they're on it's entertainment.

Maybe this could eventually lead up to the return of a unified WWE Championship (never liked the concept of a World title).

JBL vs Rey Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship.
-This will probably be the opening match of the night. JBL is my boy, but there is no way in hell that he will walk out with that title. But, it is being defended and JBL and Rey know the importance of the belt and the night. This is a good move. WWE have backed off the "change the wrestling world' angle. He is going to do nothing other than drop the belt.

But....He still owes Vickie a favor. Costing Edge the title is going to come into play.

Jericho vs Steamboat, Snuka, Piper w/ Ric Flair
-This is a let down a bit. Rourke will be at ringside and will get involved. The only way to make this the pop of the show, is to have a true legend show up. SCSA most likely, but Hogan would be my choice.

Great job in Tag Unification! MandM travel to all the shows anyway. So, why not do it that way.

I am more excited for this card than I have been for any Wrestlemania. This is a great card with history in all the matches.

MandM and Colons are the two best tag teams in WWE right now, with a good build-up

Show/Edge/Cena. Cena beat Show for his first title. Edge/Cena is #1 rivalry in WWE

The IC title is being defended and we are going to see Ric Flair and some legitimate Legends for the wrestling folk who don't keep up with the Biz, but will be watching cause its Wrestlemania.

A Lumberjack match is pretty much NO DQ, so anything can happen there.

A lumberjack match also means that everyone that isn't on the card gets their shots in and takes the focus away from what would be an excellent tag match. I agree that it should have been a TLC.

If they're so desperate to have everyone in a match, they should just do the pre-show battle royal they've done in the past.

When they hype the extreme rules aspect of the match too much and then it falls short the fans hate it. If they would have billed it as a No DQ or No Holds Barred Match then it leaves a lot more open.
I can already hear Cole now: "THIS MATCH IS EXTREME!! SO EXTREME, EXTREMELY EXTREME!!" And the high spot will be a swanton that completely misses and Cole oversells.

Actually, I wasn't. The title of my post said, "New Match Added," so I was just reporting. Semantics aside, I hope they just don't have both teams carrying around both sets of belts. Make a brand new tag team title set.

I'd prefer to see one team carry both belts. Defend different sets on each show, then at some PPV down the line, they piss off Vicki and she schedules two seperate tag team title defenses in the same show, one for each title.

im watching sd! from friday and the have the graphic up of the diva battle royal and they have 20 chicks up there , so theres only 5 spots left

wwe.com doesnt have the graphic i saw on screen but there was 20 divas on there
top left corner had what looked to be torrie, top right had what looked to be sunny

maybe someone can screen cap it, it pops up within the first five minutes of yesterdays sd!
