I'm surprised that they didn't take some ridiculous "it's his job, why is everyone all upset about him getting shot" stance. Most every other news story they take an obviously shock-jockey stance on.

Hopefully if Patrice and Joe DaRosa are filling in they can just take over the show and put it out of its misery.

Not when it comes to the police. O&A have always been very pro-cop, and they've been very respectful and somber when they discussed cops being killed in the past.
