Cooking is easy. Love is hard.

Whenever I get stressed out about stuff, I cook. It's a weird thing, but I can just go nutty in the kitchen.

In the last few days, I've done the following:

1) Baked a set of chocolate chip cookies.

2) Baked a chocolate/yellow cake.

3) Made a batch of chicken chili.

4) Made my bruschetta/spinach/artichoke chicken pasta.

It's no wonder I've gained three pounds. The rest I've given to people at work, and my boss is trying to hassle me to work in the kitchen.

I've been cooking (and eating) a lot lately because I've been so stressed about my personal life.

it's weird. The week of 9/11 to 9/14, my diet consisted of cereal, milk, OJ, and tequila. That's a national crisis, and I didn't eat a lot. I have personal stress, and I'm a machine. D'oh!

What do you like to eat or do when you get stressed out?

communicae well....err maybe too well...I have NO problem telling people what I really think, that tends to get me in trouble sometimes though :mind games...HATE EM!!!!!!!!! :(

I could really use a good recipe for Ground Beef Barbeque Burgers...I love that slop...the best kind is at the central pensylvania sprint car race tracks...MMMM now im starvin..if anyone can make that good PLEASE email me a good recipe for it!!!
