it depends on whether these are on the glans (head) or just below it. If the sacs are on the glans, yeah, that'd be weird and worth having checked out. If just below the glans, they could be enlarged oil glands, or residual sacs left over from your circumcision (assuming you were circumcized).

Honestly, it's impossible to say without seeing them. How long have they been there? Are they red, draining, painful?

I've been circumcised and the sacs were exactly where the cuts were just below the head of my penis. The best way to describe it would be to visualize a three leaf clover - the sacs would be on the left and right with the head of my penis being in the middle. I felt no pain, they went away after a few days, and haven't reappeared in over 15 years.

They were regular flesh color with no bruising, discoloring, or drainage. No whiteheads, either. I took some scissors and cut them open, let them drain for a few days, and went on with my life. The puss will came out was a mixture of blood and a clear liquid which I didn't recognize.

I probably shouldn't have done that in hindsight...

i had a keratin plug on my rod before. sort of like a pimple, but wouldnt pop. scared the shit out of me. the dr grabbed tweezers, and pulled what looked like a minute piece of skin.

This may have been some residual tissue left over from your circumcision. This was 15 years ago? Man, you were ballsy (so to speak), to take a pair of scissors to your schlong. Yeah, not recommended. Can't argue with your results though. :smile:
