Tomorrow is St Josephs day, and that is my namesake because I was projected to be born near this date, but I was a month premature.
Anyway, on this day, Italians usually enjoy a pastry called a sfinge. It is like a zeppoli filled with cannoli fillinh and vanilla etc. Bakeries make them this time of year, Italian ones anyway.
So, I should get a sfinge tomorrow!

My mother is very upset because I told her I wasn't coming over tonight. She went to the bakery today to load up on sfinge because my grandfather's name is Giuseppe and my middle name is Joseph.
