Ok a little help people what should I make tonight. I am on somewhat of a budget, but there is only one of me so that helps a lot. Suggestions?

I did some homemade pizza. With pepperoni, onions and ham. Cheap and good.
Sausage wrapped in chicken wrapped in steak wrapped in bacon.

lemonade pizza.
thin crust with lite coat of olive oil on both sides. season with lil sea salt and ground pepper. mozzarella cheese. 1 fresh, thinly sliced, pealed lemon, spinkled pure cane sugar.
bake at 350 for 14 min.

i agree with TC
crockpot beef stew... lots of beef, carrots, taters... very economical and filled with protein and nutrients.
and, as he mentioned, can feed you for days.
perhaps make a cheap rice with it.

btw, i grilled the best steak i have eaten in two years tonight. new york strips seasoned in sea salt and ground pepper cooked over very hot white charcoal. 1 inch thick. cooked with cover down . one side for 6 min, other side for 4 then each edge for 2. fucking perfect. cut like butter.still red in the middle and meat thermometer read internal at 170 f.

That sounds great, I love steak cooked like that, it's the best.
I was going to suggest chicken parm but it seems Jauble has left for the store already.
