Haven't tried it, but they bill themselves as the lightest beer out there.

I always drink vodka and seltzer when trying to lose a few dozen pounds. Bicardi tries to sell the whole "Bacardi and Diet" thing, so I guess any drink you mix with coke can be Ok if you switch it to diet.

I have only been drinking diet soda for years, and I don't even notice the difference when I use it as a mixer. Of course I tend to like my drinks a little on the strong side.

Diet Dr. Pepper, lemon lime, and ginger ale are particularly good. For fruitier drinks you can substitute calorie free flavored water. It's also good if you make ice cubes out of it beforehand - it won't "water down" your drink.

Whiskey: Bourbon for the flavor, Irish for shots and excessive drinking.

If the idea is to get fucked up, then yeah, I'd go with whiskey because you get there in fewer drinks. But I've come to the painful realization that getting fucked up isn't really compatible with losing weight. I usually end up eating all the junkfood I had managed to avoid during the day, and I don't have the energy for a decent workout the next morning.

If you we're buying classy scotch, you wouldn't have to ruin it with soda.

I've had it. They stock it out at a pizzaria I frequent near my friends in PA. It's not bad at all. Problem with most light beers is they have a watery taste. This one is pretty close to the MGD taste. I say it's worth it if you're looking to cut calories.

Champagne is a pretty good choice. If that's too much money, try prosecco (dry Italian sparking wine) or cava (Spanish) they run in the $10-$20 range. Sparkling wine pairs great with sushi too.

Bacardi and diet cokeis advertised as having no sugar.I find it hard to belive but since I'm not a rum drinker I haven't bothered to look it up.Bacardi has peppered south Florida with ads proclaiming it though. It is also supposed to be the safest thing for diabetics to drink.

I don't drink lite beer or eat fat free foods. I just don't drink soda or eat any sweets (Once in a while maybe but it's rare)
