This time its really not O&A's fault. Somehow, the company with more Subs and a head start in the business LOST the war to a lesser company. Uncle Mel is truely a force to be reconed with.

O&A have been blasted back to Ye OLE Days of WNEW. I only hope this gives them the edge they need. Lets face it, this will most likely be thier last contract on Sat Radio UNLESS Hoo Hoo calls it quits first.

The office is a joke, but the studio, comparitively speaking, is not that small... seriously, that studio is about the same size, if not bigger, than the WNEW studio back in the day.

It's just that O&A and R&F had a fucking CAVERN at XM and K-Rock.

The studio looks fine. They don't have bleachers and shit, but it looks like a nice place.

The Ron and Fez placard is inexcuseably bad, though.

Why is it? I built plenty of office spaces and simple mistakes like a typo happen all the time.

Saying that the host who's name is on the show is a producer, rather than talent, seems like more than a typo.

i thought you were referring to DAVIS, sorry.

As for that, Fez is the producer and the contact person for the show. so it does make sense.

Strictly for broadcasting, the studio is fine. I don't know the exact comparison, but Ron and Fez were in a studio smaller than that when the new XM studio was being built. I think the problem that O&A have with it is that they can't have the audience like they did at XM, which becomes a problem when you do a lot of things with people coming into the studio, like both shows have been doing.

The name thing is just terrible, though.

But isn't Fez the producer? This isn't publicity or a show listing it is just the sign on their office. I mean it doesn't make mention of Ron as talent.
It doesn't seem like a knock to Fez, if anything it is giving him additional credit.

Good point. I guess I just thought it was strange his name wasn't up top after Ron's.

I don't know if those pictures are a work, but if they're not the allocated space doesn't seem to be conveying the message that O&A are an important part of Sirius-XM's future and that they want to do whatever is reasonable to keep the boys happy.

Can an entertaining radio show be done in that space? Sure, although there doesn't seem to be enough room for more than one guest (assuming Norton is there).

Is that space that you would expect to find "the Hottest Morning Show in Radio" working in? Ummm, no. Let's face it, they're back to being hired help on Uncle Mel's plantation. :sad:

On the plus side, if they get themselves fired or suspended while I'm still employed at my current job, their building is only a block and a half walk for me to go and hold up a hand lettered protest sign along with Big A and Stalker Patti. :innocent:

The reason why the studio looks like shit is because they haven't moved the equipment from the old place. I also have a feeling that studio is a temp. place BECAUSE they have to set up all the equipment from the XM side.

Opie had tweeted about floor plans and the construction of a new studio. Sniffen confirmed that. That takes time. I think what we're seeing here is temporary at best, and this is just a gigantic bit that Opie is doing to fuck with people.

I think the studio is fine sorta, my issue with it is that it is lacking in personality. Once they get some stuff on the walls and make it home that might change.

And not to brag but my kitchen is the size of the studio and offices combined, I think my bedroom closet is bigger then the office space. I love my landlord today.

I feel bad for the office staff, and interns. I can't imagine 10 people cramped in that space, it just makes my skin crawl.

I don't think the sign says "Producer Fez Whatley". I think they are two seperate entries. That would have been Earl's spot.
