Pickles for Nickels Day

I hereby declare April 3rd as a day to honor all things pickle.

Once I get it to take off and have sponsors, all restaurants will be required to have at least one menu item dedicated to pickles and they can only charge a nickel.

Deep fried pickles are a given but what else is out there?

As for menu items, I've only ever seen the deep fried or a pickle relish. Not many other options I guess.
