Greyer's post in this thread (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/showthread.php?p=2206048#post2206048) made me think it might be a good time to do this again. There are 1,000+ show segments in the file library which can be a bit daunting for someone who wants to learn the history of the show and hear some great bits. Which segments would you recommend for anyone wanting to dive into the file library?

Roberto meeting David Blaine.
All the Free FM podcasts particularly Homeless Beatles, Bloomberg states urban myth as fact, and Subway superhero on Deal or No Deal.

How many 9 year olds can you beat up.
And any of the 'bad guest' segments from NEW.

think the idea here, people, was to post links to simplify the process.

I always add the Crazy Jen water drip bit. They replay it now sometimes but if you havent heard it its amazing. Jen just loses it, admits to anything she can think of. If you have heard it,listen again. I crack up every time I hear it. I think it may actually get funnier each time.

You mean, like....

I always add the Crazy Jen water drip bit. They replay it now sometimes but if you havent heard it its amazing. Jen just loses it, admits to anything she can think of. If you have heard it,listen again. I crack up every time I hear it. I think it may actually get funnier each time.

This (http://ronfez.net/forums/downloads.php?do=search)

and

This (http://ronfez.net/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=2257)?

BTW... For the new listeners, if you see a suggestion, and there is no link, look to the left of this page. Click on "File Library". Under "Navigation", click on "search". Then type in key words that relate to the shows that people have said you should listen to (but weren't diligent enough to provide links [much like I wasn't diligent in the thread that Mikeyboy referenced]). Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Chances are, however, if someone recommended an old show to you, it's probably there. And if you aren't able to find it, there's a good chance you can find someone nice enough to find it for you.

The biggest problem is, Ron and Fez have had WAY too many kick ass shows in the last 20 years. If they sucked a bit more, it would be much easier to find the good shows. It's all their fault. BASTARDS!

Oops! What I should have said to nate is... No. I think what Mikeyboy was asking for is not LINKS to shows, but the shows descriptions. I think he wants to create an updated thread that CONTAINS links for new listeners (much like what was done when they first came to XM). Either way, I stand by my suggestions in my previous post.

If you're trying to give people the history in order to pull them in I would suggest The Baby Love segments. It's not too inside and showcases both Ron & Fez's talent.
