Instead of using $900 million dollar radar system (http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/apr/15/us-failed-to-use-best-radar-for-n-korea-missile/) to watch North Korea's launch he decides to not get the best intel out of the launch, hell even if it was nothing shouldnt you at least be testing it for accuracy purposes?

Obama should have put Powell in that position
