I went to one of the local restaurant supply stores yesterday to pick up a few items. What an amazing place, kitchen utensils as far as the eye could see! I could have spent all day there. I picked up a tortilla press, spring-form cake pans, a new huge mixing bowl and a longer bread pan. I cannot wait to go back for all the other items I am now lusting after: a pizza peel, lodge cast iron muffin tins, cookie cutters, new knives! Why did I ever bother wasting my time at Bed Bath and Beyond when this Nirvana is just as close?

We have many of these stores around Houston and they are hit and miss, but when you find that good deal grab it.

Hey! I been there! I live near there too. Cool. Theres this other place on Sterwart Ave called Restaurant Depot and they have that stuff and food too! Big food though. Like 5 gallon cans of tuna if you know what I mean.
