My reasons...
1) Both are muscle Heads
2) Both seem to talk loud and Use their hands a lot when they talk.
3) A bunch of lord Humongus' crew had Cop cars and police outfits like in Mad Max.
4) Lord Humongus seemed to know Max from the way he talked to him.
