Baskin' Robbins is a safe way to go. i like to get World Class Chocolate and French Vanilla into one shake, with both vanilla and chocolate syrup.

Given your choices.... I'd go with Sonic.

I dig a good cookies and cream shake.
You gotta use a spoon usually, so does that mean its just ice cream at that point?

I love a good mint chocolate chip milkshake. As for fast food places, Arby's Orange Cream Swirl is pretty good. But do not EVER get Arbys mint chocolate shake!

My faves: Jaegermiester, not to be outdone by the Sambuca.
2 essentials of every bar IMO.
Oh and I would push old ladies with walkers out of the way to get a Shamrock shake at McDonalds every St. Patricks Day as a kid

I had one. It was vile. The mint part tasted like minty antacid, and the chocolate tasted like store brand chocolate syrup.
