Our buddays talked about more people moving to cremation in this country because it is less expensive, due to the weakened economy.
This reminded of a book I read a few years ago called STIFF: The Curious Life of Human Cadavers, by Mary Roach, which basically follows dead body on the different courses may take after someone's expiration.
I really took a liking to was the idea of having you body turned into compost in order for it to fertilize a tree to be planted. To me, this is the only legitimate afterlife and a way for us to "Give back to this planet" as Ron said during the show.
