That I am, but that has little to do with why I didn't email you these exercises (http://www.med.umich.edu/1libr/guides/Adult%20LBP%20Exercises.pdf). That was just incipient dementia.

And I think my record on answering your questions in my forum has been pretty good...don't make me go count how many have titles starting with "GVAC's (enter disgusting symptom here)" ha!

I'm getting to them! I promise! This biweekly schedule is killing me. If I had to do a show every day, I'd die. Don't know how the boys do it.
