well i was actually planning on using a wood fire but the wood was still retaining to much water to actually burn. So rather burn it smoldered. not good for cooking but good for smoking, in which i wasnt wanting.

I had a chicken mango wrap and a smoothie for lunch, then a grilled pork chop with spinach fettichini for dinner. not one damn thing even remotely mexican today. i totally slacked this year.
