The cigar was a big test. I was worried that it may lead me back to cigs, but I honestly have no desire for a cigarette anymore. If you can imagine that because you know how much i would smoke.

It would depend upon the exact language of the contract/application she signed. I'm betting it wasn't too specific but was more of a vague "immoral acts" clause.

the chick at the heart of the US Attorney firing scandal was from some tiny christian college (think Liberty College, only a lot smaller and even more christian), and then the press realized that this school had grads all over the administration in the positions that actually manage the bureaucracy.

Yes, but a beauty pagent is a completely subjective contest. If a judge wants to shoot down a constestant based upon her answer, that's his right.
Also, honestly, the "hillbilly" caller actually had the correct comparison showing why Fezzie's logic was faulty. Compare his position on her "semi-nude" pics v. the juvenile, not the voicing of her opinion v. the juvenile.

not that bad.

AND WHO COULD FORGET TIGHT & SHINY:
"...on the band's first few tours Jesus Lizard's set list included an instrumental titled "Tight and Shiny". Yow would set the mike stand at waist-height, drop his drawers, and stretch his exposed scrotum tightly across his testicles.
