Is it awkward in the recording studio?

So you said that you guys sit face to face in the recording studio. Does that get awkward? Is there a lot of eye-contact? I would find it incredibly awkward just staring at my talk-show partner for the whole show if I was doing a radio show. I'd lose track of what I was saying due to the strain of the constant eye contact. I'd feel much better sitting in chairs a few feet apart on the same side of a table. That way, you could angle in and occasionally have eye contact, but they wouldn't be right there in your face.

The European seasons are over once the Champions League final happens next Wednesday. He has MLS to tide him over through the fall but that's only once or twice per week.
