My 3 month old Skifi3 with recording died a bad death this week. after finding out that the warranty did not work I called to switch subscription to car Xm. (even though I prefer recording).
After nasty operator wanted to charge me 15 change fee. I cancelled 2nd radio...
after a day... they called back, asked why I cancelled, when informed they sent a new radio....

Same thing happened to my and my Inno. Although the Inno was 2nd gen and not like my 1st gen. I called to cancel, they asked why. I told them my unit died, and didn't need the service, and they transfered me to sales, and the rest is history.

You'd be better off listening to Ron and Fez, I hear they're expanding to 4 hours soon.
