That might be one of the reasons Fez's belly lint was top 3 in all-time RF producers.

[The Happening]

This is simple really. Kenneth was off to his GED class one day, when he realized that he'd forgotten his favorite eraser and had to turn back. When he got back to his apartment and opened the door(why don't they ever lock it?), he caught Doug infront of the TV wacking off to a paused tivo screen with a still shot of Ned Beatty on it(Strangely enough it was from "Rudy" not "Deliverance"). Ever since it happened, Kenneth has held this over Doug's head, but in an unsaid kind of way. When Kenneth speaks of "bagging Groceries" he's really saying "Dude you were wacking off to Ned Beatty". Ofcourse this frustrates Doug, so he speaks with anger to Kenneth when they talk. Kenneth takes it all in stride though, because in the end he's not the one who wacked off to Ned Beatty!
