but i have noticed recently within the past 2 weeks that Fez seems to have a Verbal Crutch... or Ron just catches him off guard ALOT.
He says "UMM" alot.

when i don't pay attention to it,i don't hear it but when i do pay close attention to when fez talks i hear it UMM too much.

Don't hate you FEZ just hoping u can get that under control and eliminate it from your on air talking.

It's called a verbal filler, many people do it as a way to fill the space while thinking. I'm guilty of using them myself (I use "like" as my verbal filler of choice, or "fuck" when I'm angry). Most people don't realize they are using them.

you only noticed in the last 2 weeks? actually, ron has a few crutches, too.
'reaaaaallllly' is his biggest crutch. he says it constantly in various usages, but he mainly says it slowly while trying to think of the next thing to say.
For example: "I was reaaallllllllyyyyyyyyyy surprised to hear that reaction out of you, Chris Tanley." or "I thought it was reaaaaaallllllllyyyyyyyyyy telling when such and such director said such and such thing in an interview." It also serves as a way to make the listener think that he's extra deep and introspective.

im not complaining, i didn't say FEZ sucks @ radio cause he says Umm. i said i have noticed it more lately.
but if it's "filler" as said a few posts back then he is really filling alot.
today's show it was barely there at all. that is why i said i think Ron catches him off guard sometimes and Fez tries to react by looking through his folder of papers or his Q-cards
