Just got done showing the GF Boondock Saints (she loved it) and then went onto IMDB to see when BS II was coming out. It said 2009 and was in post production.
Anyone hear more specifically when this year it was due to be in theatres? This is one sequal I am really looking forward to.

You can go to youtube, and the director blogs filming.

I think it's gonna suck. It's supposed to be 10 days later, but everyone is ten years older.

The first 15 minutes of that movie are a disaster. So poorly directed. Its a fun movie but I wasn't harping for a sequel.

This news story has been floating around for several years about this sequel. I will believe it when I see it, and then I wont see it cause I think the first movie ended just fine. Their is no need for a sequel. And yes, everyone is ten years older. Leave the movie as a cult classic and lets not have any god awful sequels.

I swear, drop the slow motion scenes from the first one and that film wouldn't have been even an hour long.
