Not sure if this is an existing thread but I am curious.

I would love to see Ronnie Interview Conor Oberst. He has a new album out now and is going on a tour with his band and playing with Wilco. I would love to see Ronnie interview him since he is not the average hipster, but one of the best song writes out there.

Who else would you like to see.

If you're talking about the Ron And Fez show, i'd say nobody. The guys(Ron, Fez, Dave) are so funny on their own, that a celeb usually slows them down.

If you're talking about RBI, Larry David would be a pretty interesting interview.

Zooey Deschanel ..she's an lovely & talented actress that's been in alot of big movies and she sings, I think Ron would enjoy interviewing her.

He's just about the only Curb cast member Ron hasn't interviewed.

Has he ever interviewed Duchovny? That'd probably be a good listen.

I don't know Zooey Deschanel personally, but based off her acting performance in "The Happening" the logical assertion is that she's a horrible human being who punches babies, never rewinds video tapes that she rents, and when she pees V8 Juice comes out.

It might be too much, but I'd like to hear Ron interview Kevin Smith.

Of course, Kevin Smith doesn't need to be interviewed, he just opens up his mouth and talks.

Her stint on Weeds as Andy's psycho ex girlfriend was really entertaining.

And the album she made with M.Ward as She and Him was really good.

I'd like to hear Ron interview some rappers. Like ludacris or something. He's done music and movies. I would think you could get a decent interview out of him. Making good music and slowly making the transition to movies. Sounds pretty interesting to me anyhow. And Ron isn't really a big "rap" kind of guy. So I think the contrast would come off good.

i can't get into Conner Obert or bright eyes because whenever i hear him i wish i was listening to David Dondero. i won't say he's a thief, but he did a B&E on Dondero's style

When Ron was telling Fez and Dave they shit the bed with the booking, he referred to both Bill Burr, because he was in town, and then Zach Galifianakis. Hearing Zach gave me a little tingle, and then i got mad at fez because I'd really want to hear that

Ooooh yes. She would be great. She has a movie later in the summer too, so maybe.

Thom Yorke would not be a good interview.

A Jeff Tweedy interview would make me hard for weeks.

Thom Yorke's lazy eye would be a great interview.

Z.D. seems like she has the personality of a wet mop, dull and boring.

P.S. I heard a She & Him cover of "You've Really Got a Hold on Me" and it sounded like she was singing into a tin can in order to get some depth to her "voice". Also her shitty sining i the cotton commercial. Man i want her to die.

I read a recent Mickey Rourke interview and thought he would be perfect for Ron. His comeback won't last long so he shouldn't be hard to book in the near future.

Dave Dondreo is signed to Conor's Team Love lable. And your right Conor has cited him as an influence.

From the bit of the show that I heard live today, I'm inferring that Fez has been tasked to get Larry David and Woody Allen. Either would be great; both would be fantastic.
