So ESD, Casey and many listeners are made at Fez. Why because Fez can tell the truth?, because Fez is calling ESD & Casey out regarding a subject which was already debated on air? All we've heard from Dave are excuses.

Let's back up a few months shall we, Dec. '08, shortly after it was announced that Casey was pregnant for the 2nd time there was a discussion about Dave getting a vasectomy. Casey had brought this up to Dave, Dave brought it up on air. The staff, most callers, and most of the listening threads were all in agreement that this would be a wise course to take. Dave's only argument was that he's Catholic (marginally) and his mother was opposed to the idea. In the end, Dave's mother won out over his wife. Yet, Dave never said on air what his wife thought of the fact that Dave sided with his mother instead of her.

So today, 5/22/09, we start to hear the excuses.
Casey has a blood disorder and can't take the pill or she migh tget seizures. This is the only legit excuse I have heard, it's a serious issue. So, let's look at other options, which apparently the McDonald family has refused to look at. Let's shoot this excuse down, there are other options -

Tubal Ligation: Casey gets her tubes tied and there are no more offspring. It is semi reversible in the future should they decide to have more kids or should Casey get tired of Dave and find someone else. Is there a risk, certainly, but she could have had it done while she was in the hospital, it would have granted her another day or two of hospital rest. It would also have given Dave a excuse for some more time off from Sirius/Xm to help with the kids becuase it usually requries prolonged bed rest for the mother.

Vasectomy: ESD get's snipped. He's catholic, while he claims to be. But by his own admission he hasn't been to confession in years, he hasn't attended church in years, he's even been called out on air by a catholic priest before for his lack of knowledge. It is marginally reversible. The upside to ESD, since he likes to jack off like a chimp, he can do it as often as he likes for 3 to 4 months while flushing all the sperm out of his system. He'll still get an erection afterwards, he'll still shoot something, but they won't have to worry about Casey getting pregnant. Also, if Dave is worried about the church, I would point out to Dave that the church even more so frowns on having families that you can't afford and being a burden on the system.

Condoms: So Dave loses his wood, sorry pal, but this happens to all of us with a condom. You get used to it, you adapt and overcome.

IUD: Again, this falls on Casey.

We've listened to you talk about Beanie and Paddy still paying bills for you. We've listened to your excuses, lies, and BS. Wow, you cut back your alcoholism from nightly to one or two nights per week. Wake up, you've got 3 mouths to feed, the absolute last thing you should think about is alcohol, your every waking hour should be spent making sure you have the money to put food on the table, pay your bills, and then when all that is paid if you hvae a few bucks left over buy a beer.

Sorry folks, but Fez is right. Yes I'm I a Dave hater, but I also live in the real world, and from what I see Dave and Casey live in this fantasy land where everyone helps him out. What happens when that help runs out? How long before it's food stamps or AFDC or welfare? Dave doesn't think beyond his next drink and I'm not sure what Casey is thinking.

I'm fascinated by the number of people who have this feeling of entitlement to a passionate opinion on another couple's sex life.
