Its a very strange show but if you like surreal uk comedy like mighty boosh, blue jam or big train you might like it.

It actually sounds exactly like Kenneth Williams, or maybe Jay Robinson.

So was it called, "The League Against Tedium" first, then changed to "Attention Scum?" It only lasted 6 episodes?
