First off -- I'm not entirely sure if this is the best place to put this post. I thought about several boards, but eventually settled on this one. My question is show-related, so it shouldn't be that big of a deal, but if there's a better place for this thread to go, a mod should feel free to move it there.

My question is this: I was wondering what Ron and Fez thought about The Dark Knight and Watchmen, in case they've seen both of those movies, and it's been documented on the show.

I ask this because I've lost access to the boys since they left WJFK in 2005, and have only been able to keep in touch very, very sparingly through the media library, and the occaisional 'pay-for-XM-broadcasting-online-for-one-week' that I'd do circa 2006-2007.

I'm very sure that Fez saw them both, but I don't know about Ronnie B. I'm not sure what either one of them would have made of Watchmen, but I have a feeling neither of them would have liked it.

Ron liked tdk for heath ledger, I think fez loved it and joined people calling it the best movie ever made in the history of the planet (f-you godfather!).

if I recall correctly fez wasn't crazy about watchmen and ron was oblivious to it.

Fez didn't like watchmen and ron thought the director did a bad job of translating it to the screen and shouldve done more then simply use the comic as a script.

Fez did really enjoy the opening sequence of the watchmen though.

I don't know if Ron saw Watchmen. He said he going to wait and see what the people on the show said and it didn't exactly get glowing reviews. He said that he did read the comic and liked it at first but thought it got stupid by the end.

Ron also mentioned he was disappointed at the lack of "Black Freighter" story within a story.

Wow! I'm surprised to hear this coming from Ron! Ron has read Watchmen, and mentioned disappointment about the "Black Freighter" part missing? Is this Ron Bennington of "The Ron and Fez Show" we're talking about here? If this is true, this is the most awesome stuff I've heard Ron saw -- second to punching out nine-year-olds, of course.

TDK was an awesome movie by itself. Heath Ledger didn't make it better. It's shallow to say Heath Ledger was the only good thing! Although, he did give us one of the big screen's most memorable psychopaths.
