Constricting hats and headaches

i usually wear a baseball style hat at least 8-10 hours a day at work, then if i go out i'll wear another one while im out


for the last year at least that i can remember i get these weird headaches


but only on the left side temple mainly





could the hat wearing be causing this ?? or is it something else unrelated to the hat ??

definitely, constricting bands around the head can cause headaches. the only way to tell if your headaches are related to this would be to stop wearing hats altogether for a week or two. if the headaches go away, you have your answer. if they don't, it would bear further investigation.
