I grew up near Niagara Falls, NY (no, I didn't know Fez's fiance) and I have to say I'm not terribly impressed with NYC pizza (there are exceptions). I've had a few good slices, but it's generally a disappointment compared to 'home' (which has a large Italian population). Although...NF is in NY State, so I guess you're still right.

I am a weirdo that does not care about beef. In fact, I find most vegetarian and bison alternatives to be more enjoyable than beef, and it's not out of some pro-animal satisfaction, I just think ground beef is "grosser" than ground soy bean-carrot-bread-whatever... Texture and taste wise.
