New Osama Bin Laden communication -- anyone believe it?

apparently Osama Bin Laden issued a new tape (http://www.nypost.com/seven/06032009/news/worldnews/osama_issues_statement_as_obama_arrives__172375.ht m)to coincide with President Obama's middle-east trip.

the last several Osama tapes have been audio recordings spliced with file footage of Osama with no 'proof of life' evidence on the tapes proving that Osama is really the person who's speaking.

does anyone believe Osama is actually issuing these tapes? not saying he's dead or anything, but why would his last several communications be so unconvincing if he was the one issuing them? if he has access to audio tape, you would think it wouldn't be difficult to access a camera phone or a cheap video camera.

Not sure why but I get the feeling Osama was the guy in High School always making mixed tapes for the different chicks he wanted to oppress in Drama Class.

He seems to have a new tape for every occasion.

I think he's still issuing them. The messages are couriered through many people before they make it to a media outlet. Tapes are easiest to carry and conceal.

it would be just as easy to move a DAT video tape as an audio tape. if he's really the one issuing the tapes, maybe he just looks like sh!t nowadays and doesn't want to show the world how pathetic he's become.

I believe so. I think he is also an insulin-dependant diabetic. Can't they search out power lines going to caves? Those dialysis machines don't run on hamster power.
