Sounds kind of preachy to me. Whats better? Lung capacity? Things may be better when you dont smoke, but whats better than smoking? Noting.

Sex with a girl? Then again I'm not gay.

When I did smoke (years ago) my hang overs were horrible, now I rarely have a hang over. Although I do miss smoking when I drink. Oh well.

For the most part, yes. I quit 10+ years ago. Oddly enough, I notice I get sick (colds, flu) a whole lot more than when I smoked.
I still get cravings once in a while. Believe me, there are times when I'd just love to stick a whole pack of Luckies in my mouth.

Although I smoked I took a class to teach this shit in the military. You'd be surprised at what gets better after you quit.
Everything from taste to sexual function gets better after quitting. Even your vision can slightly improve if you quit.

When I visited my son during family day weekend two weeks ago, he told me about their instructions about smoking. The training (of course) focused on why they should NOT smoke, it also included reasons why smoking could be a benefit for Scouts. In any case, I told him to take full advantage of his inaccessibility to cigarettes during his training.

nice tag...hehe
I have to agree... your sense of smell and taste gets so much better and stronger... you enjoy a good meal ten times more... perfumes smell better... flowers and fresh cut grass... even another persons skin...
my allergic asthma hasn't gotten better the second time around though... first time I noticed a big difference but now it is pretty much the same if not worse... though I quit in high allergy season, so that may be why.
I can't imagine sex life getting better from it though, I guess one would have to have one to judge that .

In both male and female it works. It has to do with vasoconstriction (how you blood vessels work) and blood pressure.

Things are better when you DON'T have a knife sticking out of your thigh.
