Lleeder's horrific bloody diarrhea

These are the symptoms I have had over the last twelve hours. Yesterday I rushed to Ikea and lifted some heavy shit into my truck alone. Then I ate a whole bunch of edamame . Then I took my wife to the doctor for a sonogram. Rushed home ate dinner and took some Amoxicillin that I was prescribed earlier in the week for fluid in my ears. Then I went to karate worked out really hard and did a bunch of ab exercises to end class. I drank a protein shake and alot of water. Then about 11 oclock I felt really bloated like I had to shit. I couldn't and I really forced myself to in order to get rid of the bloated feeeling. After trying for awhile I got really bad diarrhea and started to vomit. This morning I had some bloody shit.

Sounds like you strained too much and the edame and the antibiotic and shake were a bad combination for your stomach. I'm not a doctor, but that's what I would assume. I think the bloody shit was from straining and the diareah

Well, really you should be able to do all the things you mentioned without puking and filling the pot with bloody chili. I'm assuming that this isn't the first time you've worked out really hard (since it sounds like you've been in karate class for awhile). Edamame is generally well tolerated, as are protein shakes.

Sounds like you may have had a virus; however, blood in the stool is always a reason to get checked by your regular doctor, even if it's just to confirm that you have some internal hemorrhoids that probably bled.
