Feel sorry for any one who got the plastic versions they later came out with. They have no idea what they were missing.

It's OK. I take it one day at a time. One lonely, sad......... day at a time.

Transformers ruled my childhood. My first one was the red toyota minivan thing. I bought it used at school with scholar dollars and called my mom when I got home because I was so excited. My favorites were the constructicons and the purple pistol guy that made noises. I always wanted robotech toys but never had any. I felt sad when what's his name (Rick?) couldn't hook up with Lynn Minmei and had to settle for frumpy ass Lisa. You know she wouldn't give it up.

they are not toys but I miss and love all the Andersen and Grimm fairytales, both books and movies, especially the ones I grew up with in East Germany from the DEFA studios... I am getting all of them from my sister and mom so my son can see them too.
The books were mostly old German print from my grandparents... I wish I had kept them.

We used to take them, and use paint from my grandfathers cellar to make newer wrestlers from the ones that were no longer relevant.
Some of the ones I remember are the Killer Bees into the Rougeau brothers, Ken Patera into the Ultimate Warrior and Paul Orndorff into Rick Rude.
Oh and we made a Pipers Pit out of a carboard box that kicked ass.
