Did anyone else watch the first show tonight on FOX? I liked it, it's much better than Millionare or Weakest Link.

Another plus is the host isn't the star of the show, unlike Regis or Anne, the contestants get more of the TV time.

it was eh, i don't like shows like this. It looked like a ride at Six Flags. Of course I was listening to TD while wtching so I might be biased. And get cracking on pick of HAyek/Blair (see: Great shows that got cancelled...)

How dare they replace the Simpsons with this crap?As Fallon said simpsons were on at 7 but it was recent simpsons so you didn't exactly miss out gold, in fact you probably missed out on brown if you know what i'm saying.

Chamber is moving to Sundays at 9 next week I believe with the regular schedule 7-9

What cave did the host wander out of?

The questions were quite possibly the easiest I've seen in a while. At least Millionaire ATTEMPTS to make questions harder as it goes along.

the host looked a bit Duchovneyan without the charisma.

And I loved the ending (the only question/answer I really heard): Glenn! Glenn Armstrong! "You did really well but Glenn Armstrong? Who's that?"

I, for one actually enjoyed The Chamber, the addition of the heat or the cold aspect and vibration deal through a cog in the mix.

The questions are probablya tad too easy but you have to put it into perspective, could you concentrate with those elements in play. We all probably say yes but do you really think you could withstand to Level 7?

Kinda offtopic but who was pissed besides me that the first chicada to get in the Chamber, Jennifer something or other had the ice deal instead of the heat? LMAO

HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - Fox won the battle by putting its controversial game show "The Chamber" on the air before ABC's similarly themed "The Chair," but it may have lost the war.
The network decided Monday to pull "The Chamber" from its primetime schedule in favor of sitcom repeats and movies. Three remaining episodes will likely air this spring.

What's ironic about the early yanking is that Fox had played an extreme game of cat-and-mouse with ABC to ensure that the Dick Clark-produced "Chamber" bowed three days before ABC's "Chair" earlier this month.

Both shows force contestants to answer questions under duress, and both are mired in litigation: Fox is suing ABC, while the producers of "The Chair" are suing Fox.

After two Sunday previews, "The Chamber" had its first Friday airing last week, pulling an adults 18-49 share similar to the low end of what "Dark Angel" had been averaging 8 p.m. Fridays in recent weeks.

I will :)when some one dies and they take the show off the air. I'm starting a bet with my friends of how long that will take. I got 1 - 1.5 years.

No, I tend not to pay attention to you.
As a piece of advise: don't plagerize (cut and paste) news quotes every half hour.
