The first thing I see is a guy with a sign saying “I’m a Right Wing Lunatic.” He is ranting about something, and a bunch of media people are filming him. There were probably at least twice the number of media people there as there were protesters. I start handing out flyers around the guy. I wasn’t really clued in, I was handing out flyers, so I thought he was a deranged person on our side. Then the guy gets into my face, and I see that his pupils are pin-pricks, that he’s not comprehending what’s going on, and that something is very wrong him, so I get away fast.

I didn’t even figure out the guy was a plant, because so much was going on, until after John Ziegler spoke. Then I pointed at the guy and shouted, “He’s a plant!,” and everyone around me said, “We know.” By then, he was in the “holding cell” metal barricade on the other side, the one for the counterprotesters. And I was in the other “holding cell” metal barricade, the one for the protesters.

I was like, “You’re a Republican?” in what I know must have been a tone of incredulity. The guy had gang braids, dude.
