View Full Version : Should Sirius offer employees Coke along with Pepsi
After making the move to the Sirius studios it was mentioned by Ron that while they offer their employees free soda they have only Pepsi branded products. Ron expressed some displeasure with this although he rationalized it by appreciating that it was free. Still not having his soda preference available free to him by Sirius management may be eating him up inside leading him to destroy Fez, the show and everything he knows and loves. Setting aside the fact that only savages like Pepsi, should Sirius make the move to offer free Coke to its employees and thereby save the show?

They should offer other, less sugary drinks than soda.
Soda is gross.

Pepsi tastes like what I imagine the sweat off of yak balls would taste like.Only a degenerate animal would choose Pepsi over Coke products.

Pepsi is sweeter, that is why it wins taste tests, you are only drinking a sip, but after drinking more most people find it too sweet.
So, maybe people who need more sweetness like Pepsi, or savages.

I admire Ron for sticking it out at a place that only offers that swill to drink. I wouldn't make it more than two days.

On Sirius-XMs budget it should be Sam's Cola.

I'm sure Coke would be more than happy to provide the product if they heard their name mentioned on air. ... Oh no another live read.

I work for Pepsi and we barely get free Pepsi.
It's possible that the company or landlord of the building has a contract with Pepsi for vending and that's why they only offer it.
Outside of a Walmart you won't ever see many places that offer both in vending machines and in this case it might be that Pepsi has theirs in this building.

I don't think lettuce wraps would keep in a vending machine.

I work for a company that makes a handsome profit, and they make us pay for our damn Pepsis. You'd think a company that hemorrhages money like Sirius would too.
Then again, they've had such a sterling record of cost containment so far, haven't they?
