I was watching one of those "Lockup" shows on National Geographic Channel on Sunday and this particular episode was about a women's prison in Maryland and I swear to God there was this inmate they interviewed who sounded EXACTLY like Crazy Jen.

Not only was the voice a perfect match, but this chick was explaining why she shouldn't be in trouble and even the inflection was the same, much like Jen would get in those "No Ronnie" moments.

Someone should tape it and send it to the show. It was uncanny.

Always been a fan of Crazy Jen - she was totally fun and original and R&F absolutely adored her, and in person she was a real sweet heart.

It's been about 2 years since I last saw her or talked with her (when she had sent me her Big Ass card!) and low-and-behold I ran into her about a week ago, completely out of no where, at a time when I was thinking of her. A similar experience happend one 4th of July when I ran into Bitz at a 7-11. Weird. I'm doing my best to try and not to think of Tender.

Anyway, Jen does have a habit of going "underground" for long stretches of time, but she is keeping busy. She and Pickles had several pieces of really good news, all on the personal front, and all very, very cool - she looks fantastic and (as always) cracked me up.

Best of all, she's very happy right now. We talked a little bit about the show - mostly how much fun we all had during the JFK era, but also about how funny they still are and what a great fit Dave is. I never got a sense of any regret or that she was planning on checking in anytime soon, however.
