Vanity License Plates

They really piss me off. Here are two recent examples I saw while driving.

When I had my Inifiniti, I had vanity plates, but they denied my first choice :

My brother has vanity plates. They're pretty common in Vermont, since not many people live there and the standard of living is pretty high. You can get decent stuff without having to add numbers or strange spellings. A woman he worked with actually had "RED SOX". Try getting that in New York or Massachuesetts.

my boss has "PARKNLOT" on his Dodge pickup, cause he owns a company that Hauls cars on 18 wheelers, there referred to in slang as "Parking lots" .

My mother has them referring to her profession.

My father has them on his motorcycle referring to his online Handel.
