I bartended for a while (still do on occasion) at a bar that actually featured Long Islands, both frozen and on the rocks. The bar was in area that had a high concentration of college students and it was overwhelmingly a "girl's drink". I'm not saying they don't contain a considerable amount of booze, but any guy ordering a mango, strawberry, hell even a plain frozen Long Island is a pussy. Period.

I hate the drink but I really don't like anything sweet; in my alcohol or otherwise.
