However, that is one of the things that bugs me about Ron. He will bitch up a storm about things sucking and needing to change, but he doesn't take it upon himself to make sure the changes take place. He passes it off to somebody else as some sort of Administrative duty.

If you want changes, help to push them through - make it happen. Otherwise you have nobody to blame but yourself.

I agree. Ron and Fez speak like its a point of pride that they've never fired anyone. If things are terrible force change.
