I have been searching the web all day today to find a recipe. I'm going food shopping tomorrow moring. Does anybody have a recipe? It could be crock pot or oven baked. Not fond of pan cooked.

I had the Portuguese version of this today, they marinaded it in wine and kosher salt and bay leaves, and then barbecued it over charcoal. It was excellent. I had it on a roll. I wish I took some home or had more than one. But I did not want to look like the pig that I am.
