He's got a Big House in LBI and was probably coming back up to Hoboken on the Parkway.

Ahh good call. My brother in law used to bounce at Scotland Yard in Hoboken and many a night had to carry him out and plop him into a cab.

Exactly. You don't have to be in the town itself. The GSP passes through the town limits.

I'll guess he rear ended soumeone in stop and go traffic around 82.

Why is he hypocritical?

I sometimes flip over to Stern in the afternoons for short periods of time. All Artie ever contributes is commentary on himself and how he's clean now.I don't fault the guy for falling off the wagon. That can happen to anyone.I guess he just annoys me on a cellular level.

How many years do I have...

Approximately 37.

I can give you a full examination tonight if you'd like. That would allow me to determine your life span much more accurately.

I am so pissed off. I passed this stupid accident right after it happened and did not notice it was Artie. I could have had some good pictures. My shore house is less than 1/2 a mile from the accident and his house is two blocks away from mine.

Artie Lange's court appearance in Toms River on DUI charge is postponed

TOMS RIVER -- A court appearance for comedian Artie Lange in his driving under the influence arrest scheduled for Wednesday has been moved to September, according to a report in the Asbury Park Press.
Lange, 41, pleaded not guilty to the charge stemming from minor traffic accident on July 10. The comedian is now scheduled to appear in municipal court on Sept. 9, the report said.

Lange, who authorities said was cooperative following the crash, passed an Alcotest administered shortly after the accident, the report said.

It's hard to believe someone with his money wouldn't fight the charge if he was so innocent. Or, that his lawyer couldn't get the charges dropped or reduced without a trial.
