Currently i'm going through probably the hardest time in my life up to this point. Its been a bundle of bad news for months now, lost my job, can't find a job, electricity is about to be cut off as is my cable. I went to a funeral for my cousin of only 5 months old; she had eye cancer, it was unexpected and hurt like a motherfucker. When we were told of her passing, no one knew she was sick so it hurt like a bastard. Suicide kept popping into my head here and there but thats what happens when you dont have anything to do so i didnt really take heed to the wacky ideas running through my head, I recognized them for it was, straight boredom and random stupidity. Things have been tough but in my life i always try to find balance, I can be down but never out, on the ropes but never take a loss. The reason why I have this attitude has become so evident during these tough times and even though as the title suggests, this is the hardest time of my life so far, its also been a blast. I have probably the best support system my friends and family. I lost my cousin but she isnt suffering, plus i now have a niece and a nephew to focus my love on. Im going to finish 09 off with a bang because I have a hunger inside of me that I haven't had in a long long time, I never got lazy it was just i wasn't focused at the end game. Plus i'm so rock bottom i have to put my fear in my back pocket and food on my table. I guarantee nothing but loyalty and friendship, I'm hopeful my year gets better and if doesnt well im just gonna have to figure it out and remember i'm never alone. I will be onstage next week and im just gonna let it fly. If you have a dream go get it you only have one planet, one life and very few moments to do what you want so go get it, no matter what. Peace and smiles, those are still free.

Atta boy, Johnny. Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!

This life can definitely beat you up. Gray hairs and wrinkles are kinda like battle scars.

Wear 'em with pride.

That happened to me maybe 10 years ago and I was riding high right before it happened. Lost my job, had to move, medical issues, a few deaths here and there. But I had family and time on my side and I eventually found a job, lost that one, found another, and another and another and now, 10 years later I am better than I was then, living better and have things I never though possible. Youll make it. See if you can move back with your parents or get help from them or your relatives. When this is all said and done, youll look back and actually see this time as a blessing, because youll see first hand how bad things can be and it will make you a better person for it and appreciate the value of the things you have. So, keep your vision focused ahead, not on the here and now, okay? Youll be fine.

Hang in there may be cliche but so true. I have been in that low when nothing seems to be going right, fighting depression and bad thoughts, but have pulled out each time because I am a fighter.

Keep fighting.

That sucks Johnny. Sometimes you just have to wait these awful times out. Feels terrible and you just sit there...but slowly you come out of it.

Good luck buddy. You got something special.

It sounds like a hack cliche but I think it's true - tough times don't last but tough people do. I suspect that you'll be back poppin' in no time, mi amigo.

And where are you going to be onstage? Is it open to the public so we can come & show our support?

I listen to Roger Miller and Johnny Cash to name a few, pretty big country fan actually. I'll be at my boys place in harlem on Wednesday, its just trying the set out, though once I perfect it and am not in the middle of a grand theft auto game, i'll let ya know when and where. Side note I heard from Best Buy on Sunday had a phone interview went pretty well hopefully i'll hear from them soon. It might not be my calling but hopefully its a check. Thanks for the support if ever i'm at a "ski" party your all inivited bring your own straws though. D-O-N'T MAKE U A BAD PERSON.
